We guarantee our dog coats against any material and manufacturing defects which may occur. If a material or manufacturing defect is found, please return the polar fleece coat to us by mail, after examination, the coat will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We offer full refund of money or exchange of size if there is a problem with your dog coat purchase.  Coat/s must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase with tags in “as new condition”, postage will be at buyers expense.
